Born in Athens, Greece, in 1984. Studied Conservation of Antiquities in the Department of Conservation of Antiquities and Works of Art of the Technical Educational Institute of Athens (TEI Athens), and received her degree in 2009. Had her M.Sc at the field of Cultural Heritage Materials and Technologies, in the Department of History, Archaeology and Cultural Resources Management, of the University of the Peloponnese (UoP), Kalamata (2017). During master’s thesis, the topic that has been studied is related to the spatial differentiation of antiquities’ exposure to aerosols in Greece, using Space – Borne Remote Sensing. She has worked as a conservator of antiquities under the Society of Messenian Archaeological Studies and Ministry of Culture since 2009 to 2021. She has recently joined the Institute for Environmental Research & Sustainable Development (NOA), where she participates in research on the impact of climate change on cultural heritage monuments.

Research Interests:

Preservation of Cultural Heritage, Climate change and Cultural Heritage, Air Pollution and Cultural Heritage.
