Dimitra Konsta holds a diploma in Civil Engineering from NTUA, a MSc degree in "Ocean, Atmosphere, Climate and Remote Sensing" from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and a PhD degree in the "Evaluation of cloud description in climate models using satellite observations" from Ecole Polytechnique (France). Specializes in clouds, remote sensing of the atmosphere, climate change and radiative forcing. Participated in the European project EUCLIPSE and worked as a researcher in the Research Center for Atmospheric Physics and Climatology of the Academy of Athens. Currently employed at the National Observatory of Athens.
