In this first meeting, the project managers described the progress and current status of the group's projects and challenges to be faced in the remaining time before completion. Emphasis was given in new, international activities that APCG has undertaken leading role, the major being the new GEO Community Activity on Climate Change Impacts on World Heritage Cities, co-led with UNESCO-WHC. This activity, together with the co-chairing of the Urban Resilience Group in GEO, has dictated the restructuring of the Greek GEO Office, to meet the new needs. The new structure was presented to APCG members and the adjusted strategy was discussed.
