Anastasia received her PhD few months ago, and we were very happy to have her presenting her on Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in the urban environment of Athens. Her work focused on evaluating VOC levels in the long-term, studying driving parameters of their temporal variability, identifying and quantifying their sources and finally examining their contribution to secondary formation of pollutants. We leave behind 2020 with mixed feelings and hope that our next meeting will be with physical presence and a hot cup of coffee.
