The new Urban Heritage Climate Observatory (UHCO) GEO Community Activity co-led by the Greek GEO Office and UNESCO has been launched! In today's meeting the objectives, structure and operation framework, along with the goal and vision of UHCO were presented to the team to explore the potential role that APCG group could play. A constructive discussion took place after examining the outcomes of UHCO kick-off meeting, revealing the multidisciplinarity of the Community Activity, as well as new opportunities for collaboration, research and climate action initiatives.
