Foteini Panagiotidou, born in 1996, graduated from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and Geoenvironment. She continued her studies and obtained her first Master's Degree in Environmental, Crisis and Disasters' Management Strategies in 2021. During her studies, her main interest was the civil protection as far as environmental hazards and crisis are concerned and the discovery of new methods of pre-catastrophic management. Moreover, she is fluent in both English and French and has studied abroad (France) during her undergraduate research via Erasmus program. She has worked as a geologist and gis analyst since 2022, in corporation with public administrators and research centres, regarding natural hazards, gis applications and analysis. In 2023, she enrolled in her second Master's studies program, in the field of Applied Informatics.
